It's a rainy Monday in Ohio and I have to go out in it and knock on doors for the Census and that alone is enough to set off a long, heartfelt groooaaann. However, here's a damned good reason for one!!!!! Enjoy!!!!
A man was driving on an icy, abandoned road when he noticed a road sign with half of it torn clean off. Guess what he said to himself?
"Wow! That's a bad sign!"
Hope y'all are having a great day!!!!!!!
Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteThat gave me a good chuckle, thanks :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the Census. I don't know why people won't send them back. Lazy or paranoid?
ReplyDeleteOh, Kay...when you are reduced to a groaner like that one, it's a bad sign. Sorry. I couldn't help myself.
ReplyDeleteCop Car
John: gigglr
ReplyDeleteJudy: uh-huh
LTTS: you're in a lonely group
Betty: Face it -- they don't like the gov't.
CC: It's that kind of week.
Haha!
ReplyDeleteThat is really a groaner. Thanks, Kay.
ReplyDeleteLOL, LOL.....Oh that is a Groaaaannnnn!
ReplyDeletePerhaps your census taking will find a 'wimmen-only' house (one with no men in it??
ReplyDeleteNomen est omen ;-)
I would not like to go to some peoples' doors in south Georgia – these people are violent – they’d come to the door with a weapon in hand. Once a guy hit my car in the back (he used my car to stop his truck I guess – he was on the phone.) He did not have his insurance card with him, so later on I went to his place to see if I could find the name of his insurance … he came to the door with a rifle in his hands – I left I did not ask him anything. You got to watch out over here in them those Georgia hills as they say…
ReplyDeleteI am groaning, and smiling, and even laughing out loud! Thanks for that, Kay!
ReplyDeletethat's a double groaner! ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope your Census work is going well.
Kay
