All Right Already!!!

Yeah. A.Q. spilled the beans as it were, that yesterday was my 62nd birthday and I'm not really surprised that he remembered. It's just the kind of guy he is. I met him years ago in MSN chat and he's been a fast friend ever since fr0m our marathon discussions of Life, the Universe and Everything and he deserves the credit or blame for my being in the blogosphere -- y'all get to choose which is right -- as he encouraged and supported me as I began my adventure here. I get to thank him for opening a new world for me.

Truth be told, he and my oldest friend on the planet -- Jeff, my stepmother and M.E. were the only ones who remembered my birthday. Oh well.

Here's a fav photo taken by The Man (who used to love me -- maybe) in 2006 on my birthday. The frog in the photo still loves me.

Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!

  4. Happy Birthday, Kay! For me, I got used to it being 'just another day' unless it is a 5 or 10 number...which is coming up for me in June. I'll be 50-10! So you have me by a couple of years!
Do something fun for yourself. 'Cause you know best what you like!!

  5. Happy Birthday Kay. I hope you are going to get to celebrate this weekend and do something special for your B-day. I myself don't make much of my birthdays anymore if I can help it. Spending it with my kids is the best....

  8. Happy Birthday, Kay, and many more. I relish each birthday as I relish every gray hair and wrinkle (more of the former than the latter). I've earned every d****d one of them!! Birthdays are one of the few good thinks you can never have enough of.

  9. Next year remind us a day or two before the big event and you'll get tons of well wishes! (That's what I do. I start weeks in advance.)

Just think of all the wisdom you've gained this past year. There's more ahead! Happy Birthday.

  14. Let me add my belated birthday greetings. I like the frog and just think, he is always going to be there for you and he will never disagree or argue which I can't say for most men.

  15. Better late than never. Sounded like it was fun anyway. And you're right, you don't look 62. (What does 62 look like anyway?)
