That's how I've felt this week. I don't remember the last time this happened but my horoscopes all seem to be right -- i.e., they actually apply to my life! I don't usually pay much attention to this stuff but when it actually applies, it does give pause. Weird, huh? And even weirder, when I was surfing around visiting my cohorts in the Land of Blog yesterday, I tripped across this link at Rain's blog. Of course, I HAD to succumb and was thoroughly surprised to see the results. They showed exactly where I am in the world right now -- I'm not sure about all of it but the last paragraph hits a homer. So what card are you and did they get it right?
You are The Tower
Ambition, fighting, war, courage. Destruction, danger, fall, ruin.
The Tower represents war, destruction, but also spiritual renewal. Plans are disrupted. Your views and ideas will change as a result.
The Tower is a card about war, a war between the structures of lies and the lightning flash of truth. The Tower stands for "false concepts and institutions that we take for real." You have been shaken up; blinded by a shocking revelation. It sometimes takes that to see a truth that one refuses to see. Or to bring down beliefs that are so well constructed. What's most important to remember is that the tearing down of this structure, however painful, makes room for something new to be built.
What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.
Have fun and Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kay
I took the test.
ReplyDeleteMy card is The Sun. Most of it applied to me but when they said science and math - forget it, that's not me.
It was a fun test.
Now I'd like to know what card our other blogging friends are. I'll be checking back to see how they did.
Glad you liked it, Millie! I'm not a math & science person either! Come back anytime -- I'm writing a lot more here so there's always something new!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I came up with my card that says I'm a High Priestess. Basically, I think it said I'm kinda mooney, or was that moody -- or both!
ReplyDeleteI think I'll check my crystal ball or Ouiji Board and see if there's any truth to it all.
Hmmm, it gave me The Hermit.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Hermit, too. That pleases me, as that's how I picture myself.
ReplyDeleteJo -- that means you're ruled by the Moon but have many aspects including an intuitive nature and have a tendency to go with your gut.
ReplyDeleteAQ & Deejay -- the Hermit is really sort of cool. It indicates contemplation and search for enlightenment. Sounds like both of you!
I am the Moon!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I think we may be the two left who know who Red Buttons is.
ReplyDeletelol Neil! They don't call me a walking compendium of worthless information for nothing!
ReplyDeleteYeah, and my gut does get me in trouble sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI was in a different mood and took that test again over at your other place, and now I'm The World. I can be ready for that.
BTW I forgot to tell you, I remember Red Buttons. I always enjoyed him, besides he had red hair to which I'm partial.
Oops, again -- what's wrong with me. I didn't take that test again at "your other place" as you don't have one. That was at AQ's. I saw your name in a comment above mine and ... I don't know. This just proves, I can't be The World after all, much less the High Priestess. Obviously, I need help! ;-)
