Just wanted to ask what you think about my new look! It took a lot of time today between deciphering Blogger's instructions which really weren't that bad (not a tekkie here) but I'm picky about things like colors so a bit of customizing (& dithering) took place until I was happy.
I've decided that I like it. It's cleaner, neater and brighter somehow than my old template and I like the white background a lot. I like that I can arrange my sidebar in the order I prefer. The only problem I'm having is that my Blog Patrol meter isn't showing up. I went to their site & selected a new meter but, alas!, it's MIA. I also wanted to add some buttons like The Ageless Project and BlogHer but that didn't seem to work out either. Suggestions and advice would be welcome from those who have experience with such things -- hint, hint to AQ who built a lovely new website! lol
I also added some great new blogs to Kindred Spirits and a Ramble telling you about them will be forthcoming before I head to Michigan to spend the holiday with The Man.

It all looks very nice! Clean, like you said. I wanted to put the Ageless project button on my new blog too, but I can't figure it out now. I had it on the old blog.

ReplyDeleteI'll help you if I can; but you should know that I put up my site with the book propped open in front of me, and there's a very good reason I haven't upgraded or put bells and whistles on my blog: I don't know how!
