Quick Update

My prime goal today is getting caught up with y'all and your emails. I do apologize for the neglect. So far, everything I've started today -- it's so bad that I've just poured my first cup of coffee (and that, my friends, borders on heresy) -- has been interrupted which validates my philosophy that life is what happens when you're making other plans. That said, I'm going to post this and start my mission for the day. See y'all soon!!!!

This video came in today and I think it's important. It really lays it on the line of how dangerous these people are. That a film maker of Robert Greenwald's stature has made such a powerful statement is a strong indicator. If y'all are sick of Faux News, you can sign on here and here. Here's an excellent clip from Ed Schultz's show:

Hope y'all are having a great day!!!

Happy Blogging!!!!

  1. I can't even watch those people. Not even on Ed Schultz.
It must be very hard for you, living in the belly of the beast, so to speak.

  2. I cannot watch this, my dear....I know why Obama is hated. And it is pure unadulterated Racism. Deep in their hearts, many people cannot bear that a Black man is our President....This goes back so far---it is almost in the DNA--Which is Very Very Scary, to me....! They can say a whole lot of other crap---But, THAT is what it is.....Sad, Sad, Sad...that we are STILL in the Grips of the "Slave/Master" Mentality and ALL that THAT encompasses.....

Deliver Me From All Of These Ignorant People, PKEASE!!!!

  3. I'm glad Obama did the interview with O'Reilly, he is so much brighter and sophisticated than that moron who doesn't know how the moon got here.

  4. Hattie: It was harder when I was dating a conservative.

Naomi: I understand and I agree. I hope you went ang signed the petitions -- they are about boycotting advertisers on Fox News. I've been writing letters/emails telling advertisers why I will no longer use their product.

Robert: Me, too! I hear O'Reilly start talking and in the back of my mind, I hear Ray Bolger singing, "If I only had a brain . . ."

  6. I can't really add to the good comments already here
I just wish there was a way to really expose these "newspeople" so that the sheep who follow them would come out of their comas

  7. Kay: Yes it does! And if you've ever tried to reason with any of them, you would realize that these people are not very smart.

Dianne: She-who-will-not-be-named calls us 'sheeple' when it really is the people who follow her.
