All sorts of stupidity is reigning here. Miss Ruby isn't feeling well and, fortunately, my good neighbor John came to my rescue. It's a temporary fix and the permanent one scares me as it could be outrageous. Sigh. Pray or think lovely thoughts.
Call me crabby but I don't remember the last time I felt this "Bah! Humbug!"
I'm trying mightily to find something to celebrate and this gave me a chuckle!
And here's my favorite group for holiday music and fun, Straight No Chaser, with a fun medley with some really great twists!!!! I love these guys because they always look like they're having a blast and it's infectious!!!!!
Hope y'all are having a great day!!!!!
Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!

Getting through this holiday season is the challenge of every year of mine. But you got to me with Elvises, assuming that's the plural. Wishing some good stuff comes your way soon.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Not car trouble! That's the last thing you need, especially at this time of year. Hope things improve and you have a better day. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteWe are dropping all the gift-giving this year and remarkably, it has lowered the stress level significantly. I highly recommend it.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the car trouble, if I could give you a miracle, I'd give you a new car!
ReplyDeleteLoved the cartoon :)
Maybe, Naomi, you & I should start a group, we could call ourselves "The Three Scrooges" (LOL). We could redo the song "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". Just kidding, trying to keep your spirits up :)
Take care
Hey! That oughta pick you up. I really like that group. Sorry about the car -- the pits.
ReplyDeleteBeen thinkin' of you since OSU finished up another great season. Sugar Bowl and Auburn should be interesting. Our Rose Bowl has Wisc. and Oregon Ducks, I think.
I've had some periodic 'droopy daze' and have reconciled myself they'll just come and go. Strangely, this steady rain day after day we're having is perking me up, liking wearing my hooded jacket in the drizzle. I must be nuts! Everybody else is complaining about no sun. Maybe I'm living in the wrong climate. Guess I'll really appreciate the sun when it finally returns.
