Errrrrrrr . . .

I had written a post for today but in a rare display of sanity, I let it sit until cooler heads prevailed and I just deleted it.

I need to think about a lot of things -- especially some of the wicked (in the Biblical sense) people in my life -- and re-evaluate what I need to do to settle my frazzled nerves and address my health problems which appear to be deteriorating. I'm not sleeping or eating much and my energy and enthusiasm for the adventure I call life is in short supply.

I sincerely apologize for my infrequent visits and lack of attention to y'all. Hopefully, I can repair that.

Just remember that astrology says this is a tough time emotionally and when you add on the problems you have had physically with job, government and health, hold on and remember it will get better. A lot of us have been feeling depressed or anxious. Vent here but never feel obligated to visit blogs or even write your own. When a person is going through a tough time, it's best to take care of self first.

    After all, things might look different in the morning.

  6. I hope you know you don't need to apologize to anyone, don't you? You're talking to a community who care about you and understand what you are feeling...and most likely have felt the same way. I think I just wrote a post about feeling the same way not too long ago myself. And I remember YOU telling ME the very same thing. So, please...no apologies, no explanations, no guilt.   9. Don't worry about this, Kay. Take care of yourself. Write what you need to (for yourself first), when you need to and don't sweat it if you don't have anything you want to post. Keep it fun and interesting and don't try to force it.
