The Friday Groaner!!!!!!!!!

Nancy Leitz, who seems to have a good source, sent this excellent little goody that should have y'all grooooaaaning through the weekend!!!!!!

A woman has identical twin boys and gives them up for adoption. One of them adopted by a family in Egypt and is named "Ahmal". The other goes to a family in Spain who names him "Juan". Years later Juan sends a picture of himself to his birth mother. Upon receiving the picture she tells her husband that she wishes she also had a picture of Ahmal. Her husband responds . . .

Are you ready?

"They're twins! If you've seen Juan, you've seen Ahmal."

GROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAANNNNN!!!!!!!

Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!!!

    Terrible! The terrible twins!

Apropos; explain this to us all:-

There are two young girls in our village, born of the same parents on the same day of the same month of the same year, and yet they are NOT twins! Explain.

    Ole Phat Stu,

I have thought and thought about this riddle and I cannot come up with an answer.

So, as far as I am concerned, I give up!

I will be looking for the answer to appear after everybody who wants to think about it further and make a guess is done.

How about tomorrow? Can you give us the answer then?

  10. Do you ever read Blaugustine, Kay? http://www.nataliedarbeloff.com/blaugustine.html
She has such a great post up right now about how to get rid of your demons. Like you, I carry my own shades of gray, but--we just keep on keeping on, don't we?

    Great groaner.
