This is where I think out loud about Life, the Universe and Everything. I consider life an adventure and this is part of mine whether I'm ranting on politics or taking you on a ramble through Kay's World.
By the time I get something fixed I have generally tried so many things I forget which one worked. I always swear to make notes but never actually do. Congrats on your success!
good you fixed it. I think if blogger ever fails me, I'll take it as a sign from god that it's time to quit blogging ;) I just can't imagine learning how to go through it all again somewhere else-- plus they all have their glitches.
Well, I'm just glad you fixed it....even if you don't know what you did. This stuff is SO frustrating. Word Press...maybe a good thing. You're braver than me....I'm paranoid about switching to anything else other than TypePad. Good luck sweetie... ~Joy
I switched to WordPress. Coolest thing? It moved all my blogspot stuff. Now - some images from a couple of years ago are missing, some fonts are somewhat strange. But, for the most part, it's good. Why the switch? I got locked into a "next blog" thing at blogspot and it wouldn't quit. It looked great on the stats... but was annoying.
Every so often I think of WordPress, but about that time Blogger seems to shape up. Plus, I worry I'd lose touch with some people who wouldn't come along.
I keep my blog on Typepad and the Friends of the Library blog on WordPress. The latter is free and it is a no-brainer to keep up. Just a lot of work going in.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Rain, Kay, it may be a "better the Devil you know than the Devil you don't" situation.
ReplyDeleteType Pad comments are screwed up now. Hope they fix it soon.

I never can fix the g.d. thing, so I finally I just wait. Then it usually fixes itself.
