Sure and It's a Top o' the Mornin' and a Happy St. Paddy's Day to Ya!!!!
Whether y'all are a true son or daughter of Ireland or just a bit Irish like me, I wish y'all a great day and hope you celebrate with a wee pint or a nip of John Jameson's finest.
For me it isn't St. Patrick's Day without Tommy Makem and the Clancy Brothers and this one's a favorite:
And, of course, I had to include this one in memory of Tommy Makem (1932-2007) and Liam Clancy (1935-2009) -- God be good to both of them:
Hope y'all enjoy the day!!!!!
Happy Blogging!!!

And happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too, Kay. You can celebrate with Sophia.
ReplyDeleteKay, I just never took to the Irish culture, although I love celtic rock. It's a mystery because we have Irish on both sides of the family.
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Paddy's Day to you too, Kay! Have a most happy Thursday. I've got my corned beef defrosting right now.
ReplyDeleteHappy St.Paddy's day to you too,Kay!!
ReplyDeleteMe mither passed on to me some Irish blood and red hair also a fondness for fin and haddy.
Thank you for these, Kay. Have a bloody good St. Pat's Day. :)
ReplyDeleteFran: I'd love to!!!! Sophia is a real doll -- pun intended!!!
ReplyDeleteLorna: So celebrate anyway -- any excuse for a party!!! LOL
Kay: Enjoy! I'm not celebrate much with surgery coming up.
GFB: Cool! I think it has to be the Irish or the Scottish blood in my veins that explains my penchant for wee jar.
Kay: Oh how I love corned beef!!!!I'll be right over!!! LOL
Colleen: I knew you would enjoy these. I do love the Clancys and Tommy Makem!
GFB: Hallelujah and Amen!
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Paddy's Day! David is part Irish, and since Korea is considered the Ireland of the Pacific, I am Irish, too.
ReplyDeleteSurgery?!? Hope all goes well with that. And meantime, may the road rise up to meet you ...
ReplyDeleteSame to you!
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day, Kay!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to steal one of your clips for my St. Patrick's Day post. The Clancy Brothers were part of the soundtrack of my childhood, since my grandmother came from County Kerry.
ReplyDeleteYou bet that with a name like mine, I'm partying today. lol
ReplyDeleteGigi: And a happy St. Paddy's to you!!!!
ReplyDeleteSightings: I love that!!!!
Hattie: Thanks!!!!!
Judy: Right back at ya!!!!
Ellen: Go for it!!!! I love the Clancys -- I think I want their music at my wake -- and a piper at my funeral!
Maggie: Have a blast!!!!
Enjoyed the music, thanks! Hope you have had a great St. Pat's Day! My grandfather was 100% Irish....but my kids are so much less. They all love the Guiness, though!
ReplyDeleteI hope your St. Paddy's Day was grand. I didn't celebrate, but just had to wear green.
ReplyDeleteKay--Nearly everyone is Irish on St Patrick's day - except my Hunky Husband! My father-in-law (Croation) and mother-in-law (Serbian) both celebrated. HH celebrates, too, but only because St Pat is the patron saint of us engineers.
ReplyDeleteMay your 2nd surgery be as uneventful as mine was!
