Getting a panic attack when there is no apparent reason for one is both disconcerting and annoying. It tells me that there is something very wrong but I can't begin to fathom what it is . . . so far. Maybe I've just been worrying too much or thinking too much.

ReplyDeleteJohn: Yes, they are. I don't get full-blown ones too often anymore and there are things that I know trigger them so I can take my meds and stave one off.
