Re-adjusting one's dysfunctional sleep patterns can be an seemingly endless exercise in frustration. I feel like Sisyphus and the rock.

Happy Blogging!!!!!

  1. You are not alone on that one. It's more common than not among my friends to have disturbed sleep patterns.
One thing that actually helps me is getting some exercise around six or seven in the evening. I go to a late aerobics class sometimes, and I walk the dog every evening.

  2. We would love to reset our sleep patterns so we woke about 6am. Unfortunately, we have a non-adjustable alarm clock named Kuma (aka the damned cat) who insists we get up at 4:30am.

  3. I'm a night person. Sleep late in the morning. Just learned to live with it.
