You Don't Want to Know

There's a lot going on in Kay's World and it's all leaving me very upset and dealing with assorted nonsense and assorted idiots. To top it all off, it's left my health -- emotional and physical -- a mess, too. My efforts to solve anything or even at least find someone to listen have failed miserably. It just reminds me that I'm on my own and alone with no recourse. I'll be back when I'm done crying or the bad stuff goes away -- whichever comes first.

Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!

Kay

  4. Kay, I'm sorry this is a rough patch on your journey. Here's hoping your mood lifts and people stop bugging you with their stuff. Go watch Tolle's The New Earth episodes on Oprah's blog. They always cheer me up, if I take the time to do it.

  6. I'm so very sorry, Kay. You know we're all thinking about you and caring about you. If there's anything you'd like to get off your chest, feel free. I do. I guess there are those times when things just bother the bejeezus out of us... and then the sun comes out again. I'm wishing you a sunnier day.

damned shadows! they live to convince us that we're no good, nobody loves us, we've made a total mess of things, etc., etc. (supply your own miseries). and they are so LOUD and INSISTENT.

but...just because you're having these thoughts doesn't mean they're true.

and you can think of something else. (great tip from fran aka redondowriter)

the other commenters are right: you have touched MANY of us in blogland

You have an awful lot of people who love you....you must know that by now. Sending you Christmas Cheer....literally. Love, Joy

  14. Nooo! The idiots are to blame, not YOU!

You need to fly to Miami and visit me, Chica. I make the blues go away. ;)

Btw, if you ever want to talk, CALL ME. If I can't help, I'll listen. (I'll e-mail you my cell #.)

Also, I have your sketch (where you're smiling BIG and BRIGHT). I just don't know what to mail it in. I'm thinking one of those tubes, but the one I have is HUGE. I still may use it if I find nothing else (FYI).

    Feel better. :)
