It snowed again and it's going back down in the teens. I am not pleased. Winter can leave anytime it wants. I feel like a prisoner. These old bones are aching a lot. I just want a nice day where I feel good enough to take my camera and wander around taking pictures.
I want to thank all of you who came by for your wonderful, supportive comments and emails on the previous post. Another installment should appear next week -- probably Tuesday or Wednesday -- and I hope you find it interesting. Re-living a lot of this stuff has been difficult and your good words made me feel better about it.
Some of the bonuses were a great IM conversation with Rain of Rainy Day Thoughts, an late night (for me anyway) email marathon with Fran of Sacred Ordinary, and assorted other messages from y'all. And yes, Judy, we are sisters as I am with many of you here. Y'all are the best!
Don't forget to send me some groaners for Friday!!!!!!!!
Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!!!
Kay
Yes, it's difficult to look back, but looking at it lets you examine it, forgive yourself and others, and finally let it go. Then the healing can begin.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the IM with you and look forward to getting to know you on a whole different level :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have any groaners, Kay, but I have eyes to read and ears to hear - and I'm all ears now.
