The Friday Groaner!!!!!!!!!

The queue for the Friday Groaner is in dire straits. I need an influx of contributions post haste if it is to continue. I do have a couple left. This one from my ever-faithful friend and fellow groaner aficionado, Nancy Leitz. It's both a bit bawdy and cute as well and I think it should be a fun end to the week and give y'all a good, healthy grooooaaaaannnnn!

In days of yore, the Shah of Iran decided that he no longer wished to be known as the Shah of Iran. He was to be called the Shan of Iran. So, he ordered his minions to gather the citizenry at his palace so he could make a proclamation of his decision.

That done, he appeared on the balcony and announced to the cheering crowd that henceforth he would be called the Shan. In the midst of explaining why he had chosen to change his title, he suffered a seizure. And while he was rolling around the balcony, an earthquake occurred.

The ground shook, huge cracks appeared in the ground, and it continued for about five minutes. When the dust settled, two elderly Iranians found themselves hanging onto a tree branch on the side of a cliff and one turned to the other and asked . . .

Where were you when the fit hit the Shan?

GRRROOOOOAAAAAAAANNNNNN!!!!!!

Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!!!

My uncle Dave loved corny jokes like this one. At his funeral, everyone got up and told their favorite of Uncle Dave's corny jokes.

    Here's my favorite.

What did the masochist and the sadist say?
    "Beat me, honey, beat me."
    "No."
