This is where I think out loud about Life, the Universe and Everything. I consider life an adventure and this is part of mine whether I'm ranting on politics or taking you on a ramble through Kay's World.
I was going to write a comment about your blog post, but I can't remember now what the post was about, much less what I was gonna say. I'm sure it was funny, though, 'cause I'm laughing!
I want to laugh but we're on dial up and it takes about 30 minutes to open the YouTube videos. I'm so jealous of people with fast internet.
By the way, I'm one of the first, official Baby Boomers being born June 2, 1946 the exact gestation period from VJ Day (according to Doonesbury) so we're both boomers with soap boxes.
I love it! I hate it! that is ME! My mantra is "Where did I put my glasses?" By the way, who was that guy singing? whomever he is, he was funny. Great timing. And Joared, perfect comment, I really didn't need to add a single thing. lol a
Annie in Utah -- I do understand. The singer is Tom Rush -- he's been around since the 60s.
Granny Annie: I sympathize. I've been there; done that. I now have DSL for a little more per month than my dial up cost. The speed is nice but I hate AT&T! OMG, Annie -- your b-day is the same as my ex's -- June 2, 1946! And his birthdate is the same as the Marquis de Sade. (rolling my eyes)
Betty: I knew you would!
Rain: I think all of us of a certain age understand this tune!
Ell: Glad I gave you a giggle!!! Mission accomplished!

ReplyDeleteJoared: I am laughing here because I can't remember what I posted! lol
ReplyDeleteScarlet: You aren't that old but I certainly am!
That was hilarious! What a great way to start the day.
ReplyDeleteNow, if I can only remember what it is I'm supposed to do . . .

ReplyDeleteLove it.
