This is where I think out loud about Life, the Universe and Everything. I consider life an adventure and this is part of mine whether I'm ranting on politics or taking you on a ramble through Kay's World.
I like your video on Senior Moments – funny! Our anniversary falls on 17 June, so today we celebrated both Father’s Day for my husband with one daughter and our 45th wedding anniversary – a twofer I guess you may call it.
Kay, a singing daddy must have been a wonderful thing.
Good dads are a joy to the whole family. My dad did not sing, alone; but, he would sing with the family as we drove down the road, there being no car radio, iPod, 8-track, casette tape, or CD player in our old 1936 Plymouth. He, as a young man, had taught himself to play violin, guitar, trombone, baritone horn, and banjo - basically, any instruments on which he could get his hands in those days. Thanks for jogging some memories, Kay. We are both the poorer for not having our fathers around!Cop Car
My mother is the singer in the family. How wonderful it must have been to have a dad who loved to sing. Any man who sings must be loving and have a sense of humor, I should think.
Sing? Ha, in my family we were lucky we could play the radio. Please look at my Father's Day blog - http://65andalive.blogspot.comHappy Tuesday,Warren
