It's the Groaner of the Week!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, It's baaaaaaaaaaack!!!!!!!!!!! And it's back with a truly stellar groooaaannn from Alice of My Wintersong!!!! Stop by and see her -- I love her attitude these days!!!! Then again, I always love Alice!

A Jack Daniels Fishing Story

A man went fishing one morning but after a short time he ran out of worms. Then he saw a cottonmouth with a frog in his mouth. Frogs are good bass bait.
Knowing the snake couldn't bite him with the frog in his mouth he grabbed him right behind the head, took the frog, and put it in his bait bucket.

Now the dilemma was how to release the snake without getting bit. So, the man grabbed his bottle of Jack Daniels and poured a little whiskey in its mouth. The snake's eyes rolled back, and he went limp. Then the man released him into the lake without incident and carried on fishing using the frog.

A little later, he felt a nudge on his foot. There was that same snake with two frogs in his mouth.

Life is good in the South.

GROOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Alice!!!!!!!!!!

Hope y'all are having a great day!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Blogging!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Having a truly super day so far, Kay, albeit really lazy. Just catching up my reading, then who knows what the day will hold. Yup, that joke's just as good as it was the first time I saw it. Thanks for the nod! and for all your encouragement.
